He joined GenRocket after 5 years at the Walt Disney company where he was a Senior Manager in Treasury Technology and Program Management. Joining GenRocket as Director of Solution Engineering, Doug has spent the last 10 years in the Test Data Management space serving in various technical, partnership and strategic roles at Delphix Corp. Additionally, Doug has over 35+ years of experience in the technology field that include Solution Architecture/Engineering, Global Systems Integrator Alliances, Cloud Strategy and Migration and Leadership in IT Infrastructure & Operations. Doug has assisted enterprise customers across all lines of business including Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology, Retail, Entertainment and Hospitality and Higher Education.

Nicki Schumacher is a senior sales leader who joins GenRocket as part of a career selling software utilized in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing and deployment. She has specific expertise in key account management and working with enterprises to help achieve value and create amazing experiences. With additional stints in the security management and breach prevention industry, she is well equipped to lead GenRocket’s Banking and Financial Services synthetic test data business.

Rich is an accomplished leader and senior sales professional with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology. His career includes leadership roles in sales management, product development, telemedicine, and health information technology (HIT). After 10+ years in BusDev and Sales leadership roles with J&J and Novo Nordisk Biotech, he has spent the last five years focused on health tech initiatives as VP of Business Development for a leading healthcare IT (EHR ) social media platform and then as the founder of Directives Online, a cloud-based product that delivers health data for emergency situations in real-time. He comes to GenRocket knowing that synthetic test data will likely lead that way to a better future using ML and AI.

Ashwin has over 15 years experience in the software testing industry working for major systems integrators such as Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Mindtree and Hexaware. Ashwin entered the industry in quality assurance roles, then he advanced into program management and delivery roles and more recently into strategic alliances and partnerships.

Divya joined GenRocket in 2015 as a senior developer and has 10 years experience as a senior software developer and Principal Architect for scalable platforms. As Technology Manager, she brings extensive knowledge of the synthetic data platform to GenRocket customers and channel partners.

George is an accomplished IT Executive with extensive Software Quality Assurance experience in leading multiple-site domestic and offshore functional and automated testing efforts. Repeated successful customer facing product implementations in both web-based and shrink-wrap products. Recognized subject matter expert and author in the Quality Assurance field. George was Vice President of Software QA at Fidelity Investments for over 10 years.
